One-to-one psychological therapy for adults and children.
You will be provided with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to talk about your concerns and current difficulties. At the initial session we can identify whether psychological therapy may be helpful to you at this time or / and whether your need would be better met by another service.
Therapy sessions take place once a week and usually last 50 minutes. The length of therapy depends on various factors, such as the nature of issues, your symptoms, the relevant clinical quidelines and protocols, your life circumstances and personal preferences. The decision about the length of therapy will be collaboratively made with you at the end of the assessment.
Therapy sessions can take place in Greek or English.
